That background informs how I work with parents: how people respond under stress, how conflict repeats, how trust is repaired, and how change becomes sustainable.

I also raised a son through the arrival of smartphones, social media, and the changing pressures of adolescence. Parent consultation brings those perspectives together in a practical form.
